THE LAST MAN IN EUROPE

This biopic based on the final years of George Orwell as he wrote 1984 in Isla, presented two key challenges. How to make a pitch deck for a colour film with only black and white photographs and how to convey Orwell's mindset at the time. Using the book cover illustration, it was colour burnt onto each slide to confront the above challenges at once, indicating Orwell's fear of surveillance while making the deck aesthetically engaging.
